Architectural project of private house in Moscow region

The project was created for a development company engaged in the construction of villages throughout Russia.
The company focuses on providing clients with affordable and stylish housing solutions.
The main task in design of villa is to create modern and functional house that perfectly align with the technical specifications provided by the customer.
These houses should cater to the middle price category, ensuring accessibility while maintaining high standards of design and construction quality. The use of industrial construction methods allows the company to reduce costs, speed up project delivery, and ensure consistent results. Additionally, the villas are designed with a focus on sustainability, incorporating energy-efficient technologies and eco-friendly materials. Each project is tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, providing them with a home that is both comfortable and suited to their lifestyle.

The house has two floors.
The planning solutions for the first floor include:
• a parking space under a canopy and a terrace;
• an entrance hall - 6 sq.m, a hallway - 6 sq.m, a boiler room - 8 sq.m, and two bathrooms;
• a kitchen-living room - 37 sq.m;
• a study - 13 sq.m, and a guest bedroom - 10 sq.m.

The second floor features three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, providing additional comfort for the owners.

Special attention was given to the house’s architecture. The flat roof was chosen based on the use of standard structural elements, which allow for efficient space utilization and maintain a stylish exterior design. The house meets modern construction standards, combining functionality, convenience, and aesthetics. The living space is designed to fully meet the needs of a family, creating a cozy atmosphere for living.
