Project task

There is snug house made of brick on the territory of Alabino villa of the XVIII th century. It’s place just 600 square meters. This house was built in 40’s of the XXth century. It’s owners don’t want to break up with it because of memory. As a family nest, house is going updated and reconstructed.

The up-to-date organization of the internal space without walls breathe a new life into the house. This snug kitchen United with the living room is the heart of the house. All big family will get together here, near the fire. There is the bedroom part in the new building near by the old building.

Site

From the very Old house there is a downhill to the river Desna. The Scenic and active landscape restrains the opportunity to locate the new part of the house. Small place in the beginning of the estate to the South-West side of the Old House in front of the entrance gate is the single logic place for the new building. The volumetric composition is built along the site with the ability to arrange A small lawn, parking for cars and place for planting.

Facades

The concept of the facades is based on contrast between the New and the Old. Red brick stays without changes and remembers about the history of the place. The new volume is made of light wooden karkas. Welt is using on both parts of the roofs. In the first case it used traditional just on the roof. In the New part of the house it covers not just roof but also the walls. Thanks of that both buildings look like single composition bucking they have age gap in 80 years.

Determination of the several stylistic solution of the interior or architectural planning of your future house, preparation of technical specifications,

planning solutions, collages, 3d vizualizations for all premises. This gives the client an early look at what the project might look like.

Design Development
After the concept is approved, the architect or designer works on further refining the design. Detailed working drawings are created, materials and structural solutions are specified, and technical details are finalized. Collaboration with engineers and other specialists may also be involved.
Client Review and Feedback

The intermediate designs are presented to the client for review. It's crucial that the client provides feedback at this stage. This step often involves several rounds of revisions and clarifications. The client's feedback helps fine-tune the project to meet their needs.

Final Design and Approval

Construction Documentation

If needed, the project may be put out for tender to select the appropriate contractor for the job. The designer or architect may assist in the selection process, evaluating bids, and contracting.
Author's supervision (Project Management)
During the implementation stage, the architect or designer may take on the role of project manager. This involves overseeing timelines, budgets, and the quality of work, as well as coordinating with contractors. Monitoring the compliance of reconstruction works with the project plan. Our designer or architect regularly visit the site and control everything. We also purchase materials.
