Project task
The house is located in the Chekhov district of the Moscow region, and was designed for a young couple who love minimalism, conciseness and functionality. Customers really like Barnhouse's style. But it was decided to stop at a non-standard combination of two volumes - a black volume with a flat roof and a wooden one with a pitched roof.
Site
The site is located in a forest, the house is surrounded by tall spruce, birch, aspen. Going deeper into the site, we find ourselves in a cozy atmosphere: a lawn for games, a place where you can sit by the fire on sun loungers.
Facades
The concept of volume-spatial solution of the house is based on a combination of two contrasting volumes.
The black volume with a flat roof "cube" cuts into the classic volume with a pitched roof.
The facade on the side of the pitched roof of the Barnhouse is lined with pine planken, the black volume is finished with corrugated board. They contrast perfectly with each other, but fit perfectly into the area, overgrown with a large amount of forest vegetation.
The structural system is based on load-bearing walls made of ceramic blocks that do not require additional insulation.
The foundation is an insulated Swedish slab.
After signing the contract, we meet with the client for a more detailed discussion about the project. This meeting may take place at the office, on-site, or online. The main focus is to understand the client's needs, preferences, and budget. Timelines and possible restrictions are also discussed.
Based on the discussions, a project brief is developed, outlining the requirements and goals of the project. This may include details about functionality, style, materials, and technical aspects. Sometimes, sketches and diagrams are included to clarify the client's wishes.
Determination of the several stylistic solution of the interior or architectural planning of your future house, preparation of technical specifications,
planning solutions, collages, 3d vizualizations for all premises. This gives the client an early look at what the project might look like.
The intermediate designs are presented to the client for review. It's crucial that the client provides feedback at this stage. This step often involves several rounds of revisions and clarifications. The client's feedback helps fine-tune the project to meet their needs.

Architects and designers prepare comprehensive construction documents, which include all the drawings, specifications, and calculations necessary for the construction process. These documents are then handed over to the contractor or construction company.
